Handling devices

Our know-how and experience in the design of special machinery gradually prompted our customers to consult us for other needs in relation to their production workshops or storage areas.

As a result, we often design handling devices with three objectives in mind:

• 01) Improve the efficiency of some fully manual operations by partially or completely automating these tasks
• 02) Optimise the ergonomic characteristics of some production operator stations or logistic operator stations by designing equipment that will reduce the operators’ physical fatigue during repetitive tasks
• 03) Improve the safety conditions of work stations or handling stations by means of devices which preserve the operators’ physical integrity

All our handling devices are specially designed to meet our customers’ needs. We first propose a 3D concept then we validate a final solution before starting the industrial manufacturing.
With our pool of machines (sheet metal working, welding and machining), we can manufacture, in-house, most of the components of our machines. Then we carry out a complete trial assembly of the equipment in our workshops. As a result, we can quickly perform the installation on your site and thus keep your production shutdown time or equipment downtime to a minimum.
