We have implemented three essential certifications for proper control of our QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) policy:
ISO 9001: Quality management system We have established a continuous improvement process applied to our entire organisation, with the aim of achieving total customer satisfaction. The optimisation of performance is mainly based on the control of two key factors: the delivery deadlines and the quality of the products and services offered.
ISO 14001: Environmental management system As an environmentally responsible company, we have developed an environmental policy which complies with this international standard. All our operations and activities are therefore designed to reduce their direct and indirect impacts on the environment.
OHSAS 18001: Occupational health assessment system Safety is our top priority for all our personnel, for every step and every operation carried out. We apply prevention, training and risk management procedures which make safety a key element of our activities.
CERTIFICATIONS OF WELDING ACTIVITIES
In addition to this QSE approach, we regularly implement new certifications adapted to specific market requests. Regarding welding, our workshops have recently received the two international certifications below:
ISO 3834-2: Welding quality management system – Comprehensive quality requirements With the comprehensive quality requirement level, we comply with the strictest procedures of standard ISO 3834. This certification opens the doors to many markets requiring a high level of technical expertise.
EN 15085-2 / CL 1: Welding quality management system for railway applications With the CL 1 certification level, we are authorised to weld the most sensitive parts of any railway vehicle.
