IN-HOUSE TRAINING

SKILLS, EFFICIENCY AND RESPONSIVENESS

In order to constantly adapt our organisation to new technologies and to the new needs of our customers, we organise, at regular intervals, in-house training sessions as well as professional training sessions offered by service providers.

Digitisation has become increasingly important to the economy over the last ten years and has impacted all trades. The industrial sector has always been a pioneer in the deployment of new technologies. The industry 5.0 era is on the horizon, where humans cooperate and interact with robots and smart machines. AMBOS Frères et Fils intends to be a major player in this economic transition in the Grand Est (Greater East) French Region.

Our company has made major investments in new numerically controlled production equipment, namely welding equipment allowing automated or robotised welding operations. At the same time, we have implemented many computer solutions to make data processing, design, preparation and production follow-up easier.

Each of these technologies requires continuing training in order to help our employees to acquire new skills, become more efficient and provide our customers with unique responsiveness and efficiency in our field of operation.
