OUR EXPERTISE IN LARGE MACHINING

EXTRA LARGE QUALITY

Our Large Machining Division is the final link of our production chain. Leveraging on more than 40 years of regular investments in precision machining, we now have a unique production tool in the Grand Est region. We use our machines to finish the assemblies that we have welded or to carry out subcontracting services on materials provided by our customers.

Our machining workshop is equipped with five families of machines: NC boring machines, NC portal milling machines, NC bed type milling machines, NC parallel turning centres, conventional vertical turning centres.

MAIN FEATURES OF OUR MACHINES

  • NC boring machine
    • Strokes: X = 3,500 / Y = 2,500 / Z = 1,250
    • Table size: 2,200 x 1,800
    • 60-position tool changer
  • NC portal milling machine (2 machines)
    • Max. strokes: X = 8,000 / Y = 2,500 / Z = 950
    • Max. table size: 8,160 x 2,115
    • 45-position tool changer
  • NC bed type milling machine (2 machines)
    • Max. strokes: X = 3,600 / Y = 920 / Z = 820
    • Max. table size: 4,200 x 900
    • 30-position tool changer
  • NC parallel turning centre
    • TACCHI: Turning on bed: Diameter 1,600 mm x Thickness 1,500 mm / Turning on slide: Diameter 1,200 mm x Thickness 3,000 mm
    • CHEVALIER: Turning on bed: Diameter 900 mm x Thickness 3,000 mm / Turning on slide: Diameter 550 mm x Thickness 3,000 mm
    • DAEWOO (2 machines): Diameter 350 mm / Distance between centres: 1,000 mm / Tilted bed
  • Conventional vertical turning centre: Diameter 3,800 mm x Height 1,800 mm

In addition to these machines, we also have many conventional machines (parallel lathes, slotting machines, grinding machines) to carry out single operations or assembly adjustment operations.

A final dimensional check is performed on all the parts machined with our machines. This check can be performed either with conventional or three-dimensional instruments.
